Are mndok signatures as legally valid as DocuSign’s?
For simple electronic signatures, yes. Both rely on the same laws, such as ESIGN and UETA in the US and eIDAS in the EU, and both record consent and an audit trail. DocuSign also sells advanced and qualified signatures and ID verification on its enhanced plans, which mndok doesn’t offer.
