More than a picture of your signature
Pasting an image of your signature into a PDF proves very little about who signed or when. When you sign a PDF with mndok, the document records that you consented to sign electronically, when you opened and signed it, and from which device and IP address. It then seals all of that into a certificate attached to the PDF.
The signed PDF opens in any PDF reader. Anyone can confirm it hasn’t changed since signing at mndok.com/verify.
Signing PDFs: common questions
Can I sign a PDF myself with mndok?
Yes. Upload the PDF, add yourself as the signer, place your fields, and sign from the email link. You’ll get the signed PDF with a certificate of completion.
Do I need to install anything?
No. mndok works in any modern browser on Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad and Android.
Can I add text like my name, company or the date?
Yes. Besides signatures and initials, you can add full name, email, company, designation, text and checkbox fields. The date fills itself in automatically when the document is signed.
Is there a file size limit?
PDFs can be up to 25 MB, which covers almost every contract and form.
